PDF annotate export pdf corrupted "no pages"

When I use the Annotate export PDF function the file test-annotate.pdf (see attached) is created. When I try to open the pdf in Nitro I get an error that the "file cannot be opened because it doesn't contain any pages". The file will open in Chrome, and Edge but no annotations are shown. I am running on Windows 10 and Obsidian and plugin are up-to-date on version. I currently do not have a license, I intend to buy if this bug is fixed but this is the crucial feature I need.

FYI: I tried with some other PDFs and it worked fine.
