after newest update can not open PDF annotation

Hi,

Yesterday before updating was just fine, but after the update can not open PDF annotation

  1. you can check your pdfjs path in setting tab , may be it is not correct
  2. may be this encodeURI has some affect ,i will check it

the issue may be come from v1.4.6 , so please update to lastest

I see you have added a setting option for 1.4.7 so people can get around this I would be interested to see some of the urls which are problematic? may be we can help make it detect and do this automatically with each url?
