We have a mix of testing methods. I think testify/assert will work pretty well.

Add integration tests. Be sure to test the base behavior of specifying the proxy using environment variables.

Get the environment integration tests working. Create environment is failing. There are no inspec tests written for the environment functions. Use assert for the environment go tests instead of reflect.
