I think the main problem is in prompt. I saw somewere, that promt like "white background" and similar can trigger blurry image. So i replicate your img with similar prompt......
> so whats the trick here? avoid the "background" word ? i think combo of "white" and "background"... if you use for example "turqoise background" all is should be good
