I have this same issue on ubuntu 20.04.1 with gnome 3.36.3 As for the images you needed, in the settings it shows my headphones as well as my speakers connected...

This is a known problem, but sadly we haven't been able to find its origin. A workaround for this is closing and reopening the file.
