With the option: "Always show Save As dialog" selected, a markdown file can be save in a selected folder. At the same time, a folder for the images is created...

Running the demo script in the README, produces an error, with nothing downloaded: _ImportError: lxml.html.clean module is now a separate project lxml_html_clean._ See for yourself. How to resolve this?
