Update: So after 3Hours of Troubleshooting, me and Kukii find out the issue is on "esx_multichar" side. There is a Default Appearance for new Players / Players its overriding fivem-appearance....

u re funny ^^ ... just an advice, NOBODY will fix anything if u dont give more informations. artifacts version ? framework ? esx? which version ? any logs... or...
