Wrong UDP destination port in response message after failover within proxied SIP call

SHA-256 digest is not supported for authentication

Hi @orgads , SHA-256 digest was added in https://github.com/SIPp/sipp/pull/676.

Tell SIPp to setup "requests per second" instead of "calls per second"

It works, but maybe there is a better way. ```sh # make a first call and steal an authorization header so that we can authorize the first time sipp "127.0.0.1:5060"...
