I have the same problem but during launching rviz_MID.launch but I don't know how to fix it. Does the error occur also with this launch?

I also encountered this issue during trying to control robot by setting goal in rviz and try to control the robot. I don't know why but mavros is a publisher...

@Rahul-Ravichandran , @vishu2287 I get rid of this error by defying enc1 and enc2 as integers just before this part with enc1 = None, and delete enc1 = None part....
