Please add an option to explicitly disable using tiles (aka use a single 1x1 tile for the whole frame). Eg. using `-t 0 ` or a separate option

With frames that are 852x480 using a tile size of -t 1024 causes a vkWaitForFences failed -4. Only happens on windows, with ubuntu it just uses 1x1 tile and works...
