Chatty has something similar. It throws a notification everytime a streamer changes game category. So it would be cool to see that as an option here.

Well it was to long so I had to shorten it :D

Removing the span from last post aligns it with the previous two (posts and topics) but you still need to align it with the category/forum name on the left side...
