There is not, are you sure there actually are any settings to show? You can try using plugins from https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx.Utility to see if their config entries appear. If they don't...

You don't have to build it although you should be able to just clone and press build in VS. Use dnspy to debug.

You might want to start clean.

Even with checks a broken mod can bring the whole game down. I'm closing the issue since it sounds resolved now.
