Hi, I"m having the same trouble now as this fellow had in 2021: https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx.ConfigurationManager/issues/29 Any suggestions?

Can't see anything wrong in the log, at least not directly related. Make sure you're not filtering everything out in config manager window or something.
Thank you for helping on this, by the way. When you say filtering do you mean by doing a search or something? The only thing I can do to it is click the boxes like "advanced" at the top, and nothing happens when I click any of them. on or off. Is there another way to filter besides those two means?

There is not, are you sure there actually are any settings to show? You can try using plugins from https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx.Utility to see if their config entries appear. If they don't then you need to post the full log file from start to opening config manager and a screenshot of the window.

You don't have to build it although you should be able to just clone and press build in VS. Use dnspy to debug.

Anyway, in my environment during debugging, I saw a few typeloadexceptions and nullexceptions from other plugins and even an unhandled exception from kks_hfontfix. Maybe they distracted plugin load steps?
notes: Nothing has changed after excluding kks_hfontfix and other erroneous plugins. But exceptions still have been occurring by Unity.Tmpblabla, XUnityblabla and so on.

Ok, reinstalling whole game worked. It seems that updating mods with KKmanager rarely cause breakdown. Why don't you add null checks to save them?
Even with checks a broken mod can bring the whole game down. I'm closing the issue since it sounds resolved now.
