I have the opposite problem where it works for the host but everyone else has to make a new character..

You have a merge conflict. But its a good idea to add a contributing.MD file (add it as an issue potentially too)

This code is pretty old, Maybe make a new PR with the updated codebase, or resolve the merge conflicts @Raff-dev
