fix [S3] PutCopy not passing Content-Type

I added a new contentType string to the PutCopy func in s3 and in headers map. This may fix the problem. #198

fix Table.GetItem does not support bool type

I added a bool case to the parseAttributes func. This may handle boolean values correctly in boolean key-value pairs.
