FIY, @giuspen - as of commit [446f5cc](https://github.com/giuspen/cherrytree/commit/446f5cc2e55d0f08372f9eabee7ba06b0a8acc39), there are very marked improvements! HTML export does indeed seem complete, while PDF export is almost there - at least for me, lines...
I experienced this with notifications from Signal as well, as if the bottom-right portion of the display is hidden. I'll try and photograph when it happens, and update here.
