I had similar problem with stability of connection on Xperia X. But I solved it already Try install MCEtool and use this command : 
Opera for Android : video notifications sometimes doubled, sometimes not (for example youtube videos not doubled, pornhub videos doubled)

no, still doubled.right nw i rwceived sms and notification doubled again
