Gamemode refuses to work without CPU governor

Exact same for me with Linux Mint 21.2 and Kernel 6.2.0-37-generic

Steam Proton game launched with Gamemode starts with gamemode active but proccess not registered.

Get this with all my steam games in Linux Mint 21.2. Running `gamemoded -s` is telling me that gamemode is active but MangoHud is showing "gamemode off" in the overlay...

Do someone also experience LOD problems? Textures looks very bad and it do not load the graphics properly. Some areas looking like N64 graphics. Bought and running through steam. Running...
