I am asking if there is any plan to support attachments in AppendMail?

Link in [this file](https://github.com/LindaLawton/Google-Dotnet-Samples/blob/master/Samples/Google%20Analytics%20Reporting%20API/v4/ReportsSample.cs#L56) is broken. It returns 404.

groupBy doesn't handle dir

**Describe the bug** Method `groupBy` doesn't take into account dir (asc, desc). It is always asc. **To Reproduce** [Plunkr](https://stackblitz.com/edit/angular-shmf4v?file=app/app.component.ts) **Expected behavior** 

I would expect that html tags are displayed not rendered. It works with baseline and ink templates, but I prefer yours. How can I achieve baseline style?
