1280x720 and 60 fps at any resolution isn't working

Attempting to get a 60 fps feed at any resolution just plays whichever resolution I chose at 30 fps, and when putting it to 1280x720 the feed just goes black...

Zoom out beyond initial zoom level (higher fov)

This is a feature request, I used the zooming provided by Essentials for screenshots many times, because I was easily able to zoom in and out completely while setting up...
