Happens to me as well, but I'm on Paper 1.16.3, I recall I tried DungeonsXL plugin a bit ago on 1.15 and I had this issue.

The first suggestion is to discourage rule breakers at least having them go through the trouble of sending all their assets to another wallet, rule breakers come in all forms...
