issue that makes it unrunnable

i run the code in terminal and it says 'File "RTB.py", line 1041 lic = f"DeadBread's Raid Toolbox v{rtbversion}, Copyright (C) 2019, DeadBread\n" '

title self explanatory, setting in settings.toml to autoload e.g; "autoload = false" would not autoload it where as "autoload = true" would autload it.

spits out error, not permissions, to do with the proxy i think can you provide this code for me to host on my own webserver?
