Dockerfile for maayanlab/biojupies-notebooks image

Hi,

Is it possible to provide us the Dockerfile for the maayanlab/biojupies-notebooks:latest image. I ask this because when we tried to run this on our server using that Docker image, we are getting kernel died error. It does work great locally though. We just wanted to make sure if there is an authentication issue but can only be known after seeing the Dockerfile.
