you might check f all prerequisites are properly installed - it seems it doesn't find GSettings schemas maybe set it explicitly vis GSETTINGS_SCHEMA_DIR=... in the start command
how did you build the app? dis you follow one of the BUILD... scripts in https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/tree/master/packaging/macosx?
did you check if setting `DONT_USE_INTERNAL_LIBRAW` cmake option is a solution?
