Is there a chance that this will be solved in 1.39?

The question is if https://github.com/jinzhu/gorm is officially moved to https://github.com/go-gorm/gorm maybe dd-trace-go should remove support for this contrib https://github.com/DataDog/dd-trace-go/tree/d62beaae492db2d8d56277e2fa97533e9f2e142e/contrib/gopkg.in ?

1. On which chain 0x85FA00f55492B0437b3925381fAaf0E024747627 is deployed? 2. SVG image is required

Can you split this PR into 2 separate? One for each chain?

As of now, this repo does not support BSC and Polygon - can you please simplify PR to have only ETH version as of now?
