Currently `PrecacheWearables` does a PrecacheModel sync of almost 500 models during loading time. Level 0 is already handled by precaching the unit. Levels 1 up to 3 should be Async...
For those buildings that don't have an animation, it would still be nice to have some particle to show they're currently working.
