Right Building Queue panel
Concept
On second thought, transparent building images take too much space, so it would be better to have landscape-portrait images instead
Im assuming that this is displaying buildings and what units/tech they have in queue..
Out of curiosity why does the rose have two units in queue?
Other than that, idk i like the concept, but it looks like it only supports about 4 buildings at a time which I feel you could easily have more of
alt+click to send timings about it to allies.

That would mean you have 2 of that building, each one producing on its own queue.
Alt click is excellent (and easy to implement).
Just need to produce better smaller images (86x64 format would be good) to allocate 6 unit-buildings of the same type and at least 2 of each.
Maybe a better option for the multi building thing would be to make the top row the currently training and the bottom one in queue (scales better for 3-4-5 buildings). Maybe that won't be as nice though when you get smaller images
