Feature/drop seaborn

Realized that we didn't actually need seaborn as a dependency (because we don't use the color attribute anymore for visualization), so the pip install for spark-dsg is pretty minimal at this point

@jaredstrader tagging you for situational awareness because you use this, though I don't think we use the colors as an argument in any downstream code
