[ic-checkbox] - indeterminate checkbox styling incorrect

Issue no longer relevant - styling matches designs.

[ic-search-bar] Cypress migration

Note - include tests for search bar within a form, with query search mode, and with external filtering.

[ic-button] - adds visual tests for hover & pressed states of buttons

After a little investigation, it seems using cy.realMouseDown for the pressed state and cy.realHover for the hover state should give us what we need.

[ic-search-bar] external loading storybook examples aren't working as expected

Once issue is determined and fixed if applicable, edit the external loading IcSearchBar Cypress tests as they currently have a wait between the first and second characters being entered.
