Hello, This was in a way or another the intended behavior since Ariela needs to register with a unique sensor id. You can rename the id from HA.
Its expected to happen. This change was introduced by adding the mobile_app sensors support.

Can you please try and set the number of columns to 3 and let me know if the rendering is improved?
Have you tried exit -> open Ariela after changing this setting?
