Got some security flags after using the `rpc.js` module, so I updated where necessary. Everything still works fine. Problem was with `uglify-js: 1.2.5` which was used by the older`socket-io` version....

Hi Beth, I removed some extra </body> tags in a few documents (there were 2 closing body tags..)

Added ending brackets to example code
