[Feature request] Variable results as conditions

It would be nice to have the ability to get a result from a variable and use it as a condition for another. Like this:`{icon:[targeted_block_id]}`. I've tried to do this...

add `sidebar.revamp.round-content-area` support

Moves the border from the toolbox and sidebar to tabbox. Adds #947 (sorry for the multiple references, i promise this is the last)
