I've tried to reproduce your issue without any success. So currently I would have to close this one as it works for me without problems. Please provide more information.

I was not able to reproduce at all. Also not with "default" theme. But I only tried on Linux, so far. I don't own any systems running Windows.

Exactly. If you restart Firefox once, you can restore tabs from the **previous** session. Without my Add-on and with Firefox-internal tools even from a few restarts before it would work...

My Add-on deals with the problem. But the workaround makes it impossible to have tabs from the previous session restored in the correct container...

The issue has been accepted upstream. Now we have to wait for the official fix for this issue.
