That's not something I'll do myself (in the official release). You can speed up the internal timer (currently ticking at 60 times per second) in function `Game_TimerThread` in file `Albion-timer.c`....
I added support for fixup type 19 in the latest commit.
Why? What's the point? You can already run DOS games in DOS, you don't need this project for that.
