Upper left looks like something out of a game made with littlejs (pixel-ly). The bottom ones are too 3d-looking. The top right is also good, but looks like vectors.

I cannot reproduce this issue. The typing seems quick to me. It's updating the game data on every `keyup` event, which seems reasonable.

Would it be enough if a warning were shown like "overlaps with *exit name*"? 

I was able to reproduce this once on the latest editor at make.bitsy.org, but could not reproduce again; not sure what the exact repro steps are.

Agreed! In fact the site could run using the same json api
