`scope.$watch` should only be called once per `scroll-glue` tag used in your markup. Can you elaborate with an example?

Additionally to a native "sql" operation type it would also be very useful to have a "sql-scroll" operation analogous to [scroll-search](https://esrally.readthedocs.io/en/latest/track.html#scroll-search).
