Runtime Error since v.2.34.0 related to OSD detection

I have the same issue for the same version

Could not load the custom kernel for multi-scale deformable attention.

I have the same issue while running docling in any environment. Weirdly enough the error only pops up at the first usage of doclings convert-function and then nevers shows up...
