Looking for a way to block all encrypted calls on P25 in order to save traffic on the dongle / computer etc. Is there a simple solution to this?

I have a strange problem the recording is saved in my folder sometimes 5-60 minutes late, I keep the recordings in a network folder, so I'm pretty sure the problem...
