[4.0-rc1] Description not showing for gdscript properties in inspector

I have the same issue with **Godot 4.0 Stable** on Linux.

@djrain Try to change path manually in > res://addons/script_panel_plus/configs/config_path.txt And tell me if it's changed anything.
