The xmrig version 6.8.1 you are using is older than your Intel Tiger Lake-H CPU! Please try the latest version 6.15.3 of xmrig!

@Spudz76 Threadripper 2990WX has only 4 DRAM channels, not 8. That's the difference to the EPYCs of the same generation. 2 of the 4 dies on the package don't have...
You have to run xmrig as root with full rights and bare metal, not in a VM. Otherwise MSR mod can't be applied.
