For me it fixed running it with `LC_ALL=C.UTF-8 LANG=C.UTF-8 bin/server`

Will do a completely new sync and test

Still syncing, hdds not the fastest. Electrs runs on NVMe ssds though.

Done syncing, started electrs initial sync now

Can confirm, it was corrupted data. Works now.
