The last commit is from February 2020 and many issues are not resolved, is this project dead?

With masscan i can scan the internet with 0.0.0.0, but with siver i can't, why?

I'm running DFL on ubuntu 22.04 and when i extract faces it refuses to use my RX 570 8GB, i alredy downgraded tensorflow-gpu, idk what to do, pls help me
