problem about the command "bash install_imc.sh"

I solved this problem by: `apt-get update` `apt-get install libblas-dev liblapack-dev` My OS is Ubuntu 20.04. Wish it could work for you.

FSDPStrategy error when automatic_optimization=False

I meet the same problem too. And I want to use manual backward in a single training step. Is there any update on it?
