Option for further Discord (Bot) Integration

Discord webhooks are nice and lightweight but not apt if the user wants to control sv-live-map remotely. Adding an option for integrating with a discord bot (similar to how sysbot.net does automation) would allow more options for discord-focused users. A simplistic use-case would be a command that allows a user to reject a result that matches filters and continue automation via a command.
