I have this problem too but with Delfino Plaza map.bmd and other levels.

I imported it into 3ds Max and it didn't show the second UV Layer.
How does SuperBMD output the UV Coordinates?
I have 3ds Max 2015 and I can confirm that it doesn't import the additional layers.

What about FBX files? Can we add support for that?
How would I go about doing that? Which Collada would you recommend? I normally import it into BrawlBox and then export it as Collada from there.
Why would Blender drop Collada support?
