Yet another use case: theming for Flatpak apps. Files in `~/.config/gtk-3.0`, `~/.config/gtk-4.0`, `~/.config/Kvantum`, etc. aren't readable by Flatpak apps if they are symlinks to files the app does not have...
I added the tests and assertion you suggested, so I think this is ready for review now.
I believe that latest commit should do it. I already added the pattern configuration export test earlier unless you think something else should to be added to it.

I noticed a typo in one of the assertions so I went ahead and fixed it.
