Tool unusable when providing wrong resource name

When providing a wrong webResource name,(eg. via copy-paste) there is an exception that JS script has stopped on this website and tool becomes unusable. 

NiceToHave: functionality of copying the command with all enableRules, displayRules, commandActions.

Updating Workflow asembly does not add additional In/Out arguments

After registering custom workflow activity with eg. 1 input argument any next assembly update via tool does not ADD new arguments, eg. new input and/or output. Same operation via SDK...
