It is weird to me as well, but behaviour differences with Beta client vs Stable client with 1.0 runtime is not specific to this game either. There is another weird...

@smcv Sadly it still doesn't work with the combo of: - Steam beta client - SLR 2.0 set to `client_beta` branch - SDL lib the game ships is not renamed...

If your monitor is hooked to your dgpu, then do try with this on a title that will use Vulkan ( eg DXVK,vkd3d-proton or native ) https://docs.mesa3d.org/envvars.html#envvar-MESA_VK_DEVICE_SELECT_FORCE_DEFAULT_DEVICE

Still an issue on `master`, tried with TW Rome Remastered.

Game has little dots appearing/disappearing on screen. Other than that , works very good. Install and go.

@HughPH Did you installed Python 2.7?

@HughPH Linux. Proton 3.7 needs Python 2.7 while Proton 3.7.4 beta works with Python 3 also. Also you need 396.51 at least on Nvidia , Mesa 18.1 and LLVM7 https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/blob/proton_3.7/PREREQS.md
