Hmm, I guess, doing it via ```php OpenAI::client('sk-...') ->withBaseUri('http://api.foo-base.com/v1'); ``` is not that trivial, as the `Client` created via `OpenAI::client` does not know the base URI directly, but via `HttpTransporter`....
