Played normally for about 4 in-game years, couldn't see any issues
I played this branch with the save @duncanspumpkin provided in discord (attached for future reference) and the game crashes on the first monthly update in Interop.cpp in the usual place...
I didn't check divergence or anything, but the crashes are gone for me.
@Guusggg No worries mate, IRL comes first so take care of yourself and come back whenever you're ready :)
Just have a check with @duncanspumpkin and @AaronVanGeffen about exactly what they want here, as we already have a simulation tool to check for similar things like this.
Confirmed this crashes on 24.01.1, and indeed a tram will create a crash with a ghost tram (a separate issue) which then causes this same crash. There are multiple issues:...
Simple repro steps: 1. Create tram track like this:  or this  2. Place a tram (the smaller ones work better here) onto the track and set it running...
Just noticed this issue is still open - it was fixed in https://github.com/OpenLoco/OpenLoco/pull/2416, to be released in 24.04+
This is just the plain vanilla behaviour with its braindead pathfinding. This is mentioned in [#51 ](https://github.com/OpenLoco/OpenLoco/issues/51). Totally agree it needs to be rewritten one day though
I think most of the times this feature is requested, people agree it's a good thing we want to add. The issue is that it requires the new save format...
